<p>The doughnut-shaped wheel 16 is installed in the pedestal 12. The wheel 16 is formed of, for example, similar metallic material to the pedestal 12 and rotates vertically, thereby decreasing coefficient of friction between the connecting surface and the skin or the closing of the wearer.
