<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely set a liquid crystal panel on a worktable by preventing the peripheral part of the liquid crystal panel from rising by the use of pusher rollers provided with tapering surfaces. <P>SOLUTION: When a pusher roller 86 is moved in the direction of an arrow 134 by an air cylinder, the tapering surface 112 of the pusher roller 86 comes in contact with the third side 20 of the liquid crystal panel 10 on the worktable 50, and pushes this third side 20 in the right direction downwards. Shortly, the first side 16 of the panel 10 comes in contact with the stopper roller 118 of a first stopper 62, and X-direction positioning of the panel 10 is completed. Similarly, positioning of the liquid crystal panel in the Y direction can be performed also. A float of the third side 20 and the fourth side of the liquid crystal panel can be prevented by using the pusher rollers 86 provided with tapering surfaces 112. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
