The adult and infant linen clothing e.g. buttonhole system has holes also extending along the arms, sides and feet of the user as an aid to hygiene. The shorter holes are of variable length and direction throughout the clothing and the actual incorporation of buttons in the clothing is not obligatory, in order to increase user comfort.
