The device has a collar (6) mounted on a removable wheel support (4) and resting on a base (3) of a cavity of a microwave oven. The collar is positioned in a circular packing formed in the base and ensures the immobility of the support with respect to the cavity. The collar is mounted freely in rotation around rotation axles of wheels (5) on which a turntable (2) is fixed. The axles are oriented radially with respect to the turntable.
