Clock or watch has a rotatable minute number sheet (4) and thirteen rotations of the minute hand (2) correspond to one rotation of the hour hand (1) i.e. twelve hours, as also one rotation of the number sheet so that the minute number sheet shows the correct time. In this way, fixture of the minute number sheet to the hour hand can be realised.
