A fastening device for roof equipment to be fastened to a roof which is covered with roof covering elements such as roofing tiles or corrugated roof elements and including a fixing portion (2;14) and a fastening element (3;15), for penetration of a hole which is arranged in a roof covering element. A resilient distance element (4;16) is arranged between the fixing portion and the fastening element in order to allow resilient adaptation of the position of the position of the fastening element to different positions of a roof covering element with respect to the fixing portion (2;14). |
