<p>A call arriving at a server (210) activates a server's selection of a service provider based on the data contained in the call and on additional data, and sends an assignment to service terminals (270) according to a contact information of a selected service provider based on the data of the call. Call information is transmitted from customer terminals (230,250) to the server, in which server-based data on the service providers comprise data for establishing a connection to the service provider's service terminal and additional service provider data. The customer terminals are connected to the server using transmission routes or dedicated radio channels. Operating devices including emergency buttons, temperature sensors, stove guard systems, are connected to the customer terminals to activate a call or relay sensor information. The server has corresponding interface (216) for data exchange with service terminals utilizing variety of transmissions, such as Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM), Universal Mobile Telecommunication System (UMTS), and Internet (260). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for relaying and managing call for service, such as health care and home care, to service provider; and (2) a server for relaying and managing service calls in a system.</p> |
