The proposed supplement can be in the form of a simply mixed tea, extract, powder, capsule or tablet. Typically, the proposed supplement contains: 10-40% by mass of nettle (Urticae herba) 10-40% by mass of dandelion root (Taraxaci radix) 5-25% by mass of walnut leaves (Junglandis folium) 5-19% by mass of (Hiperici herba) 21-40% by mass of (Chichorii radix). One preferred form of the medicinal plant based supplement is a tea mixture, which contains the dried and crushed ingredients. The supplement can also be prepared as an aqueous, alcohol-based, oily extract or as tablets or capsules made from medicinal plants, directly from the ingredients, or using the extracts as the active components. |
