<p>The invention relates to an electromechanical device for vertically driving a barrier with rotary arm that may be activated by the direct distance control or by the remote control. According to the invention, the device includes a driving electric motor (8), a speed reducer (9)provided with two worm gears (12 and 13) and a worm wheel, respectively, serially connected by means of a cylindrical gear consisting of two toothed wheels (10 and 11), the worm wheel (13) being rotatable freely on a shaft (2) that is provided with a cylindrical portion (d) on which there are located the worm wheel (13) and two longitudinally grooved portions (e and f), on one of the grooved portions (e) there is placed a coupling bush (14) pressed by some plate springs (15) forming an elastic toothed coupling with the worm wheel (13), and at the other end of the grooved portion (f) there is placed a balancing mechanism which includes a lever (17) with two symmetrical ends and a tension spring (18) secured to one of its ends as well as a support-plate (3) to which there is secured a rectangular bar (4) forming the barrier arm, the thrusting force of the plate springs (15) onto the bush (14) is adjusted by means of an axial screw (16) located at the end of the grooved portion (e) of the shaft supporting the worm wheel (13).</p> |
