<p>The invention relates to an automatic installation for scoring the dough pieces on the bread fabrication lines endowed with equipments for loading the two-hearth ovens before introducing the dough pieces into the ovens. According to the invention, the installation comprises a support frame (1) being equipped with scoring cutters (18) whose automatic movements imitate the manual dough scoring movements, and comprises a device for wetting the scoring cutters (A), a device for scoring the dough pieces (B) and a device for driving and electro-pneumatical control (C). The device for wetting the scoring cutters (A), mounted on the interior lateral sides of the support frame (1),contains two slides with linear guiding (2), having secured thereon the runways (14) of a tray (19) sustained by the rods (13). The device for scoring the dough pieces (B) mounted on the special slides with linear guiding (4), by means of the bars (12), the circular connecting member (8) of the bars (9) which form variable parallelograms (a, b, c, d) and (e, f, g, h) for sustaining the support (17) on which there are secured the scoring cutters (18) with the bar securing the cutters (7) and the lock (10). The device for driving and electro-pneumatical control (C) mounted on the horizontal section of the supporting frame (1), comprises a driving device (20) and the electro-pneumatical control device (21), having eight cylinders (P1 ... P2, P3, P4), the filter (F), the regulator (R), the distributor (22) with mechanical starting control, electrical distributors (D1, D2, D3 and D4) achieving sequential cycle with the magnetic sensors (S12, S21-S22, S31-S32,S41-S42), the mechanical roller microswitch (S11), according to the driving and control diagram which also contains the relays (R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8).</p> |
