A succinate complex of E-2-Methoxy-N-(3-{4-[3-methyl-4-(6-methyl-pyridin-3-yloxy)-phenylamino]-quinazolin-6-yl}-allyl)-acetamide having the formula I is disclosed. Use of this compound in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition is also disclosed. The medicament is described to treat a hyperproliferative disorder in a mammal, or a disease characterised by overexpression of the erbB1 and erbB2 receptor, such as breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
