摘要

A packet classification unit is configured to classify packets received/transmitted from reversal mobile station into a quantitative guarantee type packet having a request value for communication quality. A controller controls a transmission order of the packets for every classified quantitative guarantee type packet. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) radio communication system; and (2) radio communication method.
