Combination comprising a signal transduction inhibitor and an epothilone derivative

Disclosed is a combination which comprises (a) a signal transduction inhibitor selected from a PDGF (platelet-derived growth factor) receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor and an active ingredient which decreases the activity of the epidermal growth factor (EGF) and (b) an epothilone derivative of formula (I), wherein A represents O or NRN, wherein RN is hydrogen or lower alkyl, R is hydrogen or lower alkyl, and Z is O or a bond. Further disclosed is a medicament comprising the combination, and the use of the medicament for the delay of progression or treatment of a proliferative disease.
