The system has a tag (3) attached to a person (1) to communicate with a mobile telephone (2) having a control software (11). Information of geographical position (7) of the person is obtained by the software. The information and state of the tag is sent to a computer (5) via a network (10), where the computer permits to monitor the person with the help of software (12).
