A method of manufacturing a stable multiple active veterinary formulation comprising the steps of: a) Dissolving a first active in a solvent b) Sorbing the solvent containing active composition on to a sorbing medium; and c) Dispersing the sorbing medium loaded with the solvent composition in a liquid, wherein the liquid contains at least one further active dissolved or suspended therein. The first active may be a lipophilic active selected from the group including the avermectins and the milbemycins. The liquid may be an aqueous vehicle and the solvent may be selected form oils and organic solvents. The at least one further active may be selected from the group including vitamins, minerals, anthelmintics or antigens. The sorbing medium may be selected from magnesium aluminmetasilicate, cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, distomaceous earth, montmorillonite, betonite, titanium dioxide, amorphous silicon dioxide, colloidal silicon dioxide (Aerosil), calcium carbonate, talc (SiO2 + MgO), attapulgite (silicon, aluminium and iron oxides clay), kaolin (aluminium silicate) preferable Aerosil, more preferably Aerosil R972. The stable multiple active veterinary formulation produced as a result of the above method is also described. The disclosed formulation is useful in the treatment of a non-human animal.
