FIELD: application of coatings; system and an method of application of coatings with utilization of organic substances. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of application of coatings , in particular, to the system and the method of application of coatings with utilization of organic substances and may find application at a high-efficiency production and the analysis of a block of coating materials. The system for making a block of coating materials includes a set of organic substances and a device for delivery of each from the set pf the organic substances in an area of delivery. The device of delivery has a set of sources, each of which is associated with the appropriate substance from the set of organic substances. Each from the set of the sources ensures a profile of distribution of the depth of the appropriate organic substance, at least, partially located in an area of delivery. At that at least one of the profiles of allocation of depth is varying across the area of delivery. The method provides for allocation of a set of organic substances and selective delivery of each from the set of the organic substances in the area of delivery. Each from the set of delivered organic substances has a profile of the depth allocation, at least, partially disposed in an area of delivery. At that, at least one of the profiles of allocation of depth is varying across then area of delivery. The inventions allow to form the libraries of coatings from any ceramic, metallic and-or semiconductor materials with a roughness and accuracy of the depth metered in nanometers. ^ EFFECT: the inventions ensure formation of the libraries of coatings from any ceramic, metallic and-or semiconductor materials with a roughness and accuracy of the depth metered in nanometers. ^ 25 cl, 15 dwg |
