A device for fixing and locking the column (1) on an implant (3), for production of a dental prosthesis, comprises male fixing piece(s) (5), projecting from the surface of the column-column collar connection and housable in female part(s) (cavities) on the internal face of the collar (2) to lock the column in place. The prosthesis is then mountable on the implant; and the fixing pieces (5) may subsequently by retracted inside the column to allow its removal.
