FIELD: food processing industry, in particular producing of gerontological diet product. ^ SUBSTANCE: Claimed method includes preparation and blending of cabbage, tomato, onion, carrot, preparation obtained from biomass of Pythium coloratum micromycete and table salt followed by pre-packing of finished product. Additionally fish mince, kidney flour, sorghum grain, CO2-extracts from dill and celery, ground pike pyloric appendage, and preparation obtained from biomass of Mortierella parvispora micromycete are introduced into mixture. Preparation from biomass of Mortierella parvispora micromycete is obtained by sequential extraction with non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali, and water followed by compounding of the first extract with solid residue. All components are used in dry state and in specific mass ratio. ^ EFFECT: concentrated gerontological diet product with high content of ready nutrients.
