FIELD: boiler fabrication. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for burning dust-shaped coal in chamber furnaces and for separating dust coal after coal is ground in mill. Vertical-axis centrifugal separating dust thickener has cylindrical case provided with top inlet and tapping top branch pipes. It also has cap, splitter made in form of axial pipe with rotating blades. Horizontal axes of blades are fastened along radius onto walls of case and splitter. Thickener also has axial drawdown tube. Number of rotating blades is equal or multiple to number of drawdown top branch pipes. Cap has ring-shaped contraction sectors which are connected to drawdown top branch pipes. Cowling with radial partitions fastened to the cowling is mounted along diameter of axial drawdown pipe under lower radial ribs of contraction ring-shaped sectors. Radial partitions coincide with radial ribs of ring-shaped sectors. Cowling is made for movement along vertical axis due to adjusting screws fixed onto cylindrical case. Rotating blades can be provided with inclined ribs limiting turn of bland. The ribs are mounted onto face planes of blades to be inclined in the direction of cylindrical case. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of operation de to uniformity in fuel supply; reduced abrasion of blades; shortened length of the device. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
