FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves first determining hepatic lesion focus. Then, hepatic tissue pressure is measured. The lesion focus is removed with suture placed on the liver and hepatic capsule is cauterized using 0.5 cm large electrode applied 2.0 cm far from the suture with 1.0 cm long step along suture line in chess-board order using current intensity of 8 mA on two sides covering area reaching 7 cm2 until tissular pressure falls 10-15% below the initial one. ^ EFFECT: excluded severe postoperative complications; stimulating liver recovery; reduced intrahepatic lymphostasis in perifocal zone. ^ 1 tbl |
