<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roller in which a drying process in mass production can be omitted or shortened, the electrostatic chargeability to toner or a photosensitive drum is more improved than heretofore and a marked improvement in sharpness is possible, and to provide an image forming device which is equipped with such conductive roller and can form proper images. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive roller 1 is equipped with a shaft 2, an elastic layer 3 formed on the outer periphery of the shaft 2, a first resin coating layer 4 of ≤10<SP>6</SP>Ωcm for volume resistivity, formed on the outer peripheral surface of the elastic layer 3 and a second resin coating layer 5 of ≥10<SP>10</SP>Ωcm in volume resistivity, formed on the outer peripheral surface of the first resin coating layer 4, wherein at least either of the first resin coating layer 4 and the second elastic layer 5 includes a UV-curing resin, and the image forming device is equipped with such a conductive roller 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
