<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an odorless resin for printing inks having excellent redissolvability, printability and good dispersibility for colored pigments, especially a polyurethane resin useful as a binder for rotogravure and flexographic printing inks. <P>SOLUTION: This binder for printing inks, non-toluene solvent based, comprises a polyurethane polyurea resin obtained from (A) a polyester polyol, (B) an organic diisocyanate and (C) a chain-extender, in which the component (C) is a diol component having a tertiary amine structure and is contained in an amount of 0.1-0.5 mass% to the component (A). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
