<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve coverage of medical information. <P>SOLUTION: Users contract with a medical information management enterprise 2 for opening and managing a personal medical account and ask medical information sources 1a and 1b such as medical institutions, for example, to send medical information such as examination information and diagnosis information for accumulating the medical information in the personal medical accounts. If the user takes an examination and the like in a medical information sources 4a and 4b, which are not under the contract with the medical information management enterprise 2, the user receives paper 9a carrying the medical information from the medical information sources without the contract and sends it to the medical information management enterprise for accumulating the medical information in the personal medical account.
