PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage utensil, for effectively using clearance generated between the storage utensil and a desk top plate, by installing the storage utensil on a top plate upper surface of the cabinet wagon having the height arrangeable under the desk top plate, even when arranging a center drawer on an under surface of the desk top plate, and even when a reinforcing horizontal beam exists in the rear of the under surface of the top plate, and to provide a cabinet wagon attached with the storage utensil. SOLUTION: This storage utensil 1 can be attached to and detached from the upper surface of a top plate 13 of the cabinet wagon 2 having a drawer 12 and a storage part in a multistage shape in a body 11, and is constituted by arranging a tray part 6 or a placing part on the upper surface by arranging a shallow drawer 5 in a flat box-shaped case 4.
