PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cigarette box with lighter storing function eliminating inconvenience of searching a lighter in smoking and has no need of carrying the lighter independent from commercial cigarette box. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the cigarette box comprising the lighter storing member 3 in which the lighter R is stored, detachably attached on the either one of the right and left side boards 2d constituting the body 2 of the cigarette box. A first, a second and a third slit 2j are formed on the either one of the side board 2d. The lighter storing member 3 is provided with penetrating pieces each folded from a side board part 3a and penetrated to each slit. The side board part 3a is set as slidable to an approaching and separating direction to the side board part 2d constituting the body 2 of the cigarette box. A slide regulating system is installed for regulating slide of the lighter storing member 3 not to slide over a predetermined length in sliding the side board part 3a to a separating direction from the side board 2d which constitutes the body of the cigarette box 2.
