PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sinker for fishing tackle to which a bait is attachable, capable of making the bait move as if it lives on that occasion, and capable of delicately transmitting a feeling brought about by a fish to a fishing line, when the fish is caught. SOLUTION: In this sinker of which the bottom face is formed into a curved surface, a concavity 11 to which the bait or a lure is attached is formed on an upper part of the sinker, the sinker is formed into such a shape that the upper part is light and a lower part thereof is heavy, an open hole 12 which perforates through the concavity 11 with an angle to a center line 13 of the sinker is formed, and the sinker is structured so that a main fishing line is joined thereto with the angle to the center line of the sinker.
