PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding joining device that can weld three joining points with respect to a winding structure in which ends of six conductors that are aligned in a row are arranged in the radial direction of a stator core, and the joining points each composed of a pair of two conductor ends are arranged at three places along the radial direction of the stator core. SOLUTION: As energizing electrodes for use in the winding joining device, there are provided third electrodes 7 each of which ensures continuity with the pair of ends composed of the third end 4c and the fourth end 4d. The third electrodes 7 move inside the radial direction passing through gaps between second electrodes 6 that are adjacent in the circumferential direction from the outside of the radial direction of the stator core, and each arrow-shaped insertion part 7a is inserted between the conductor ends that are adjacent in the circumferential direction. By this, sides of steps 7b formed at the arrow-shaped insertion parts 7a abut against circumferential sides of the third end 4c and the fourth end 4d, and sandwich the third end 4c and the fourth end 4d from both sides in the circumferential direction by cooperating with the third electrodes 7 that are adjacent in the circumferential direction, whereby the continuity between both the ends 4c, 4d is ensured.
