PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sending of refrigerating machine oil in regard to an evaporation pipe. SOLUTION: An evaporation means 15 for evaporating wastewater obtained from an evaporator is provided in a high pressure side of a refrigerant circulation path. The evaporation means 15 has the evaporation pipe 152 guiding a refrigerant (carbon dioxide) and the refrigerating machine oil discharged from a compressor through the wastewater of the evaporator. When a pressure of the high pressure side is about 7 MPa, and a viscosity index of the refrigerating machine oil is about 100, an inner diameter of the evaporation pipe 152 is aboutψ3.16 mm. By this, since a flow velocity capable of force-feeding the refrigerating machine oil is applied to the refrigerant when the refrigerating machine oil reaches the evaporation pipe 152 following the refrigerant, the refrigerating machine oil is passed through without accumulating in the evaporation pipe. As a result, the refrigerating machine oil discharged from the compressor can be returned to the compressor again via a radiator, a restrictor part, and the evaporator. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
