PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition for a coating material for wood that is of a non-solvent type, is excellent in curability of a coating film surface, has good adhesion to a substrate or between layers even when irradiated with excessive active energy rays and can give a coating film excellent in crack resistance even under severe cold conditions or very hot conditions. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition comprises (A) a urethane (meth)acrylate resin having a (meth)acryloyl group at its ends, which is produced by reacting (a) a polyisocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups per molecule, (b) a polyether polyol represented by formula (I) and (c) a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate and (B) a polymerizable monomer wherein a mass ratio of the urethane (meth)acrylate resin (A) to the polymerizable monomer (B) is 95:5-25:75.
