<p>A polynucleotide probe and antibody for detecting an Lrp4/Corin dopamine-producing neuron precursor cell marker by which dopamine-producing neuron precursor cells can be efficiently separated; and a method of selecting precursor cells by using the same. By using the expression of the Lrp4 in cells, cells suitable for the transplantation therapy for neurodegenerative diseases including Parkinson's disease can be selected while taking safety, survival ratio and network formation ability into consideration.</p>
