<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a gas holder superior in gas storage effective volume such that a dead space formed in an inner bag is less than 35% (volume) when a gas stored inside of the inner bag is discharged in maximum, and gas leakage preventing performance. <P>SOLUTION: This gas holder is composed of a double film of an outer bag composed of a watertight material, and the inner bag composed of a multilayered body having high gas barrier properties.
