PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience to users while keeping high reliability in security management. SOLUTION: An information processing device has a plurality of storage devices whose security is managed with passwords. In this case, the information processing device is provided with; an input part for inputting the password of a first storage device among the plurality of storage devices; a first releasing part which releases the security management of the first storage device with the inputted password; a holding part which holds, in the first storage device, the passwords of the storage devices except the first storage device among the plurality of storage devices; and a second releasing part which releases the security management of other storage devices with the passwords thus held.
