PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined type system of a mobile system having a GPS receiver and a receiver for integrated communication. SOLUTION: This combined type system includes an antenna for receiving a data expressing a GPS signal, a frequency converter connected to the antenna, a frequency synthesizer connected to the frequency converter, an analog/digital converter connected to the frequency converter, and a processor connected to the frequency converter. The processor processes the data expressing the GPS signal to determine a pseudo-distance, based on the data expressing the GPS signal. The integrated communication receiver includes a common component which is at least one of the antenna, the frequency converter, the frequency synthesizer and the analog to digital converter. Usually, in specified embodiment, the processor controls demodulation of the received communication signal, and further the modulation of the data transmitted as the communication signal through a communication link.
