PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for reducing required time for a sample analysis cycle, increasing the total throughput, and increasing the cooling speed of the oven module of an analyzer. SOLUTION: The oven module 114 of the analyzer 100 has a casing for accommodating a separation column 104, and the casing has a fluid suction port 120 and a fluid exhausting port 122 corresponding to the circulation of fluid passing through the casing. The variable speed fan is provided at least partially in the casing. The variable speed fan can be operated at first speed so that fluid is circulated in the casing during analysis, and can be operated at second speed that is faster than the first speed so that cooling speed is increased since low-temperature fluid is sucked into the casing via the fluid suction port 120 during cooling.
