PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler control device capable of easily responding to a level fluctuation which locally occurs within a steam drum. SOLUTION: This device comprises a first level detector 20 detecting the drum internal level at one longitudinal end of the steam drum 1, a second level detector 21 detecting the drum internal level at the other end, and a combustion control part 23 selecting, from a plurality of burners A-H, burners to ignite and burners to extinguish at the time of starting/stopping of a boiler and load fluctuation, so that the fluctuation of the level which emerges within the steam drum 1 at the time of igniting and extinguishing the burners can be suppressed by the combustion control of the burners.
