PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unexpected loosening prevention bolt having a pin hole, a pin and a pin pressor on its bolt head to prevent the loosening of the bolt. SOLUTION: The pin hole 2 is formed on the bolt head of an unexpected loosening prevention bolt main body, the pin 4 is inserted through the pin hole in fastening, further a pin pressing projection 3 is formed on the bolt head, and the pin pressor 6 is engaged with the pin pressing projection 3 to press a head of the pin 4.
