PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control-valve in which durability of a main valve-element is improved, control of any kind of fluid can be performed, and foreign matters mixed in fluid have no effect on the valve operation. SOLUTION: The fluid control-valve comprises a rod 23 having a piston 21 on one end and a main valve-element 31 on the other end, and an almost discoidal adapter 22 which is fixed between an almost cylindrical piston cylinder 12 and a valve body 11, and has a sliding hole 22a formed in the central part for the rod 23 to slide. Since the adapter 22 is provided with a stopper end face 22b which abuts and separates with/from the end face on the side of the valve body 11 of the piston 21, the durability of the main valve-element 31 is improved, any kind of fluid can be controlled, and foreign matters mixed in the fluid have no effect on the function of the valve.
