PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EA material setting clip which prevents an EA material from coming out even when the EA material comes loose or twists, the EA material and an EA material setting structure using the clip. SOLUTION: Projections 50L, 50R at a trim 2 side are inserted into the clip 40 buried and installed in the surface of the EA material 1 to stop an overhanging section 52 of the projections 50L, 50R in a step 43 of the clip 40. Since both ends of each of the projections 50L, 50R are connected with a connecting plate 55, the projections 50L, 50R integrally tilt.
