PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural coloring material composed of compact deposit exhibiting structural coloring based on reflection and interferential action. SOLUTION: The fiber deposit is obtained by depositing ultrafine fibers having 100 nm size to 1μm size so that the length of entanglement between fibers becomes 1 to 10μm interval.
