PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for opening the mouth of a bag such as, a food storage bag, garbage bag or a carrier bag which is made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene. SOLUTION: An adhesive is applied to the tip ends of a clip. The bag sticks to the adhesive when part of the mouth of a bag is clipped by the clip, and then when the clip is opened, the mouth of the bag opens also. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
