PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction drive roller capable of locking a friction driving part of an elastic body and a roller body inexpensively and securely by a simple structure when driving a conveyance device moving along a guide provided in the outside of a rail and a door by an electric motor. SOLUTION: An inexpensive and secure mechanical locking structure is realized because a plurality of projections 10a being a part of the friction driving part 10 of the elastic body molded integrally protrude in the vertical direction for a rotary face of the roller body and pass through a wall 5 on a side face of the roller body.
