PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance in an engine hood closing state in a sealing structure by a hood seal mounted at a front end part of the engine hood. SOLUTION: A decoration bead 10 is projected and formed to the front to be in elastic contact with a forefront end 1b of the engine hood 1 from a front end of a mounting base part 13 of the hood seal 6 for sealing a gapα1 between the engine hood 1 and a radiator grille 2. A seal lip 14 is projected and formed by making a lower surface of the front end part of the mounting base part 13 to be a deeper position than the decoration bead 10 as a root part 16. A grooved space 26 is formed by three of the decoration bead 10, the radiator grille 2 and the seal lip 14 on a lower side of the decoration bead 10 to make a difference of the gapα1 and a gapα2 inconspicuous.
