PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillar mounting structure of an electrically tilting headrest for a vehicle, even if a headrest body incorporating an electric tilt mechanism is conventionally mounted to a seat back frame with a pillar mounting part composed of a resin material, capable of suppressing electromagnetic interference of the electric tilt mechanism to other electronic devices. SOLUTION: The pillar 11 and the seat back frame 12 are surely conducted and connected together by an earth fitting 81 so that electromagnetic energy generated by a motor of the electric tilt mechanism can be released as a current without radiating it to the outside as electromagnetic wave. This constitution can suppress the electromagnetic wave radiated from the electric tilt mechanism so as to, even if the headrest body incorporating the electric tilt mechanism is conventionally mounted to the seat back frame 12 by a pillar holder 80 composed of the resin material, provide the pillar mounting structure of the electrically tilting headrest for the vehicle capable of suppressing the electromagnetic interference the electric tilt mechanism to the other electronic devices.
