PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a conventional external liquid agent application container pushing a valve element, it is hard to close an injection outlet by the valve element, a liquid agent is hardly retained in a closely sealed state to often cause deterioration and volatilization, and the liquid agent may be unexpectedly leaked at the time point of use. SOLUTION: This external liquid agent application container is so formed as to push the tip of the valve element 3, which is energized in the projecting direction, to an application surface such as an affected part and directly apply the liquid agent stored in the container to the application surface. The container is provided with a seal part 2b having an obliquely tapered tip in the internal circumference of an inside plug 2 attached to an opening part of the container, and an inclined flange-shaped valve part 3e abutting on the seal part 2b in the outer circumference of the valve element 3. The surface of the valve part 3e is curved into an outward protruding shape using a predetermined point as a radius so as to constitute the surface of a single virtual spherical body 5.
