PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an RNA stabilizer for stabilizing the stereostructure of an RNA regardless of in vivo or in vitro, to provide a method for RNA stabilization and a complex stabilization method for stabilizing a complex consisting of an RNA and a molecule having binding ability to an RNA regardless of in vivo or in vitro, to obtain an RNA tracer for tracing an RNA in vivo and a method for tracing an RNA. SOLUTION: The method for RNA stabilization comprises combining the RNA stabilizer composed of a quaternary polyamine as an active ingredient with an RNA and a complex. The method for tracing an RNA comprises combining an RNA tracer, obtained by labeling a quaternary polyamine with a stable isotope element, with an RNA and detecting the RNA tracer.
