A solid-state imaging device includes: plural kinds of groups of photoelectric conversion devices, the solid-state imaging device being so constructed that a difference between an amount of light incident to each photoelectric conversion device in a peripheral portion and an amount of light incident to each photoelectric conversion device in a central portion decreases, wherein the plural kinds of groups each comprises at least one row of photoelectric conversion devices arrayed in a row direction on a semiconductor substrate and any of the plural kinds of groups are so constructed that the difference is reduced to a minimum depending on an incident angle at which light is incident to the peripheral portion of the solid-state imaging device.
