<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment with color changing property enabling clearly recognizing the pattern and color of a portion under ultraviolet rays in the daytime and enabling a different design and color to come to the surface in the dark through letting a pattern part accumulating sunlight and illumination light spontaneously emit light. <P>SOLUTION: This garment with color changing property has a first pattern forming a frame line, a second pattern using photochromic ink and a third pattern using a luminous agent each applied to a base material forming the garment.
