<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member's CRM card for retaining a superior member customer by allowing a floor clerk to acquire information such as the visiting frequency of the member customer visiting a store and commodity purchase results and give more careful consideration and special service to the superior member customer. <P>SOLUTION: In the member CRM card consisting of an IC card distributed to each customer previously registered as a member and allowed to be used for the customer to visit the store, a memory of the IC card is provided with a storage area for storing visiting history information including the frequency of customer's visit to the store and purchase amount information including the purchase amount of the visiting customer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
