PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear car bicycle capable of easily changing direction by operating a handle while a person gets on and is seated on a rear car to advance by pedaling a pedal by feet and run and realizing walking traction running being feature of a conventional rear car when the person does not get on the rear car. SOLUTION: This rear car has four wheels, a person gets on and is seated in a front part of a load carrying platform of the rear car and pedals the pedal by feet, and direction is changed by operating front wheels by the direction operation handle for rotating a gear and transmitting rotation power to rear wheels through a power transmission chain for advance and running. Since it is necessary to change rotation of left and right rear wheels freely during running because actual running distance of two left and right rear wheels differs to change direction by pedaling the pedal for advance, this device, namely, a two left and right rear wheel rotation freely changing device is provided.
