PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately mount a nip roller in parallel to a capstan roller. SOLUTION: The nip roller 43b is mounted on a roller frame 56. The roller frame 56 is turnably mounted on the side plate of a machine frame. A mounting shaft 58 of the roller frame 56 is fixed at one end to the side plate via a first bearing 92. The mounting shaft 58 is mounted at the other end on the side plate via a second bearing 93 so as to be freely shifted in the vertical direction. First and second coil springs 82, 83 are arranged at both ends of the roller frame 56. The energizing force of the coil springs 82, 83 is changed to cancel the dead-weight moment of the roller frame 56 around the first bearing 92. The canceling operation presses the nip roller 43b against the capstan roller 43a in parallel thereto. In this state, the second bearing 94 is fixed with a mounting bracket 93a and a mounting screw 94. The capstan roller 43a and the nip roller 43b are accurately mounted in parallel to each other.
